This role is part of the International Employee Experience team based in the Technology hub in Madrid, supporting employees across Western Europe. The position serves as a first point of contact for employee queries and contributes to delivering a consistent, compliant, and high-quality employee experience. The role also partners with HR, Payroll and People Partner teams and focuses on process improvement and automation to scale people operations.
