The HR Operations Specialist supports end-to-end HR operational activities across head office and mine/site environments, reporting directly to the Deputy CEO. The role focuses on maintaining efficient HR administration, employee records, payroll coordination inputs, and compliance-focused workforce support in a safety-critical mining environment. Key duties include managing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring data accuracy in HRIS, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
