The HR Operations Specialist delivers operational support and administrative services to Kering brands and employees across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures accurate HR data management, seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll and benefits administration support, and compliance with local regulations. The position partners with HR stakeholders to maintain data integrity and ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience through the HR Shared Services model.
