This role serves as the first dedicated HR Operations hire at 7AI, responsible for managing the end-to-end employee experience from onboarding to annual reviews. The position involves overseeing payroll and benefits administration, running performance review cycles, and coaching managers and employees on people-related matters. The ideal candidate will build and maintain lightweight systems and processes to ensure a high-quality employee experience as the company grows.
