HR & Payroll Generalist (Remote)

The HR & Payroll Generalist serves as the primary backup for HR and payroll functions across a multi-state hotel portfolio, reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Human Resources. This role acts as the main contact for employee benefit inquiries, provides payroll processing coverage, ensures state unemployment rates are current, and supports property leaders with daily HR needs. The position requires managing benefits administration, payroll support, unemployment claims, and general HR compliance across multiple locations.
