A People Experience and Talent Business Partner at Probe CX supports leaders across a portfolio of government and non-government contact centres, focusing on employee experience and recruitment. The role dedicates approximately 70% of effort to People Experience and 30% to Talent Acquisition and is based in Joondalup with a hybrid working arrangement. This position is part of a national People Team within a rapidly growing, people-focused CX business serving clients across the Pacific, Asia and North America.
