HR People Partner

The HR People Partner will join the Industrial HR team at the Mountain Home, AR manufacturing location to create an engaged and productive workforce through Danfoss’s policies, programs, and best practices. This role supports organization change initiatives, recruitment efforts, and new hire orientation while ensuring consistent application of human resource policies. The position also involves administering disability and FMLA programs, managing worker’s compensation intake, and resolving employee relations issues. Additionally, the HR People Partner will maintain employment records, develop HR goals, and stay current with federal and state regulations affecting HR management.
