The HR Policy Writer researches, develops, and documents Glanbia’s time-off and leave-of-absence policies to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with international employment regulations. This role involves translating complex statutory requirements into accessible documentation and collaborating with Compliance, HR, Legal, and regional stakeholders across EMEA, ASPAC, and LATAM. The position supports the improvement of the employee experience and strengthens the organization’s global leave-policy framework.
