About this role
The HR Project Manager will provide advanced project management guidance and support to the AMC Clinical & Non-Clinical Operations team, developing and managing project plans and related HR project documents. The role supports HR initiatives including engagement survey results, people goal monitoring, year-end compensation, HR budget support, and HR data & analytics. The position also provides general support to the HR SVP and ownership of medium to large-scale project lifecycles.
