HR & Reception Assistant

The HR & Reception Assistant serves as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, guests, and the public, providing professional front-desk reception services and managing incoming calls for both the Human Resources department and the organization’s main business line. This role assists applicants and new hires with the employment application and onboarding process through self-service kiosks while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. The position also supports routine HR administrative tasks and ensures a welcoming candidate experience.
