HR Representative - Contact Center

The HR Representative will join Arrow Electronics' Corporate HR Team in the HR Solutions Center, providing support for HR inquiries across Mexico, the USA, and other countries via email, phone, chat, and case management. The role involves responding to policy questions, guiding users on self‑service tools like Workday, and participating in special projects while maintaining confidentiality and high customer service standards.
