The HR Representative Intern supports employees and managers on a range of HR topics such as hiring, benefits, performance appraisals, and employee relations, acting as the first point of contact for queries. The role also assists the HR Manager with policy implementation, training coordination, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
