HR Resourcing Lead

The HR Resourcing Lead will be embedded within SA Water to support a large portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure programs. This role focuses on resource planning, workforce optimization, strategic workforce planning, forecasting data analysis, and recruitment. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, influencing a diverse stakeholder group of construction partners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver efficient capital works programs.
