This role serves as the strategic HR partner for ASICS's retail business across Europe, co-creating a three-year people strategy and building the necessary HR infrastructure to support growth. The position involves leading HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and driving talent management and acquisition efforts across EMEA markets. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Retail Leadership Team and matrix partners to ensure consistent people practices and compliance.
