HR Shared Services Specialist

The HR Shared Services Specialist serves as the operational backbone of Watu's HR systems function, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all employee lifecycle administrative transactions across HiBob and other HRIS platforms. This role maintains data integrity and compliance with global HR standards and local regulations while acting as the primary data execution point for HR Business Partners, payroll, and leadership teams. The position requires managing high volumes of transactions with precision, adhering to defined SLAs, and supporting regional HR teams with system-related queries and process guidance.
