The HR Shared Services Specialist serves as the operational backbone of Watu's HR systems function, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all employee lifecycle administrative transactions across HiBob and other HRIS platforms. This role maintains data integrity and compliance with global HR standards and local regulatory requirements while acting as the primary source of truth for workforce data. The position supports HR Business Partners, regional teams, and leadership by processing transactions with precision and adhering to defined service level agreements.
