HR Specialist

The HR Specialist provides proactive support to the HR Management team in administering associate records and HRMS while serving as the primary contact for operational HR matters for Europe and Pakistan associates. The role involves maintaining compliance with employment legislation, updating HR policies, and supporting various human resource processes including recruitment, compensation, and employee engagement. This position requires collaboration with the Global HR team to ensure best practices and organizational objectives are met.
