HR Specialist

The HR Specialist provides end-to-end payroll processing support for India and other APAC countries, ensuring zero errors in payroll inputs and supporting HR operations including payroll and benefits. The role focuses primarily on India Payroll and Benefits, handling new hire validations, payroll processing, gratuity settlements, full and final settlements, invoice processing, insurance support, and employee query management. The position also involves statutory audit support and employment letter preparation.
