Als HR-Spezialist Service & Payroll betreuen Sie einen definierten Mitarbeitendenkreis in Personalfragen und sind zentrale Ansprechperson am Standort Mülheim. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Entgeltabrechnung und pflegen digitale Personalakten sowie Stammdaten. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen gestalten Sie HR-Prozesse aktiv mit und unterstützen Mitarbeiter über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle.
