About this role

The HR Systems & Projects Manager serves as the North American subject matter expert and primary administrator for HR systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, and JIRA. This role partners closely with the Porsche Group Companies of North America HR team to improve HR processes, data integrity, compliance, and organizational effectiveness while leading HR project management efforts.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary system administrator and product owner for SAP SuccessFactors across North America
Manage ADP general employee data, system configuration, and SSO provisioning
Lead HR-led strategic projects including system implementation and process improvements
Own HR reporting, analytics, and executive presentations including KPI dashboards
Manage HR operational processes and oversee the HR Support Desk via JIRA
