About this role

The HR Systems Consultant plays a key role in the development, optimization, and ongoing management of Southlake’s Human Capital Management platform, primarily Workday. This position ensures system configurations, enhancements, and integrations support business needs while maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency. The role involves acting as a trusted partner across Human Resources, Information Technology, and external vendors to drive digital transformation initiatives. The consultant will support the People, Culture & Experience team through process optimization, analytics, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

Configure and support Workday modules including Core HCM, Talent, and Learning
Manage system configuration changes and ensure adherence to governance protocols
Develop reports and dashboards to support operational effectiveness and compliance
