The HR Systems & Data Superintendent will lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of the SuccessFactors Employee Central system while guiding the HR function on data-driven decision making. Reporting to the Group Manager – Employee Operations, the role oversees a small HR Systems team, manages HR analytics, and acts as the primary liaison between end‑users, IT, and external consultants. The position is based in the Subiaco office and can be full‑time or part‑time (minimum 0.8 FTE).
