The HR Technology Expert for the Mining business area at Sandvik leads HR digitalization efforts to shape scalable, modern HR systems and enable data-driven HR services. The role aligns business needs with the HR technology roadmap and champions adoption of digital solutions across the global organization. It combines strategic direction with hands-on delivery to ensure HR systems are future-ready and create real business value. The position is based in Stockholm, Sandviken (Sweden) or Tampere (Finland) and reports to the Head of HR Operational Excellence for Mining.
