The People Technology Leader is a strategic and operational leader within Enterprise Technology Solutions responsible for developing and executing the technology roadmap that supports the organization’s People strategy. The role oversees evaluation, implementation, optimization, and governance of People technologies including HRMS, HCM, and LMS to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and user-centric. The Leader partners across Technology & Innovation and business stakeholders to align People systems with business objectives and enable efficient processes and data-driven decision making.
