The Workday Adaptive Planning Product Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and support of Workday Adaptive Planning for Strategic Workforce Planning across Carrier’s global HR organization. This role partners with HR COEs, Digital/IT, and vendors to deliver HR technology solutions that support workforce and strategic planning. The position is fully remote within the USA.
