The HR Transformation Consultant will lead and expand a national HR Transformation Consulting practice, advising C‑suite and CHROs on modernizing HR functions, operating models, technology ecosystems, and talent strategies, with a focus on complex healthcare organizations. Responsibilities

Lead enterprise‑wide HR assessments and technology platform recommendations
