HRBP Group Functions & Complex Products

The HR Business Partner for Group Functions & Complex Products serves as the strategic HR lead for global Group Functions and a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, digitalization, and workforce transformation. This role also supports the Complex Products Business Line in achieving its operational and strategic objectives across the Netherlands, Germany, and Spain. The position involves leading a team of HR professionals, harmonizing HR processes, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policies. The HR Manager reports directly to the VP of Human Resources and indirectly to the Business Line Director for Complex Products.
