HRBP

This role involves hands-on experience in setting up new entities, managing regulatory and statutory HR matters, and partnering with business leaders on people-related initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Singapore HR compliance requirements, including matters involving CPF, MOM, IRAS, MAS and payroll-related statutory obligations. The position requires overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with MAS regulations and Singapore statutory requirements, and providing practical HRBP support to managers on people-related issues, performance, and team structuring.
