The HRIS Analyst will serve as a Workday system expert supporting the full employee lifecycle at Daniels Health & Sharpsmart. The role is central to the company’s Workday implementation, providing frontline support during go live and ongoing system stewardship afterward. The Analyst will ensure Workday’s stability, data integrity, and usability while helping stakeholders across the business get value from the platform. This position also supports continuous improvement through monitoring, enhancements, and adoption initiatives.
