About this role

The HRIS Analyst supports the administration and continuous improvement of Human Resource Information Systems with a primary focus on Workday HCM. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role partners with HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams to ensure data integrity, develop meaningful analytics, and drive process efficiencies. The ideal candidate utilizes an analytical mindset to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and troubleshoot daily system issues.

Responsibilities

Support daily Workday system administration and user troubleshooting
Maintain HR data integrity across multiple Workday modules
Develop and execute HR reports and analytics dashboards
Assist with Workday configuration and testing of new updates
Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities

Skills
