The HRIS Analyst is the dedicated system administrator and subject matter expert for Workday on the HR team, responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Workday functionality across key HR modules. The role focuses on ensuring HR data accuracy, developing reporting solutions, and leveraging Workday to improve HR processes and support operational and strategic goals. This is a full-time, on-site position in Granville, OH with a hybrid schedule considered.
