About this role

The HRIS Manager will lead the governance, roadmap, and continuous evolution of the global HR technology ecosystem, maximizing the value of Workday and other HR technologies for a worldwide workforce. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations & Technology, the role partners with HR leaders, Payroll, IT, Finance, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions that improve employee experience, data integrity, compliance, automation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Own global Workday product roadmap across all modules
Establish governance processes for Workday enhancements and releases
Lead enterprise HR technology initiatives and vendor relationships
