HRIS Manager

This role serves as a functional and technical subject matter expert responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and support of the Workday platform. The position leads the design and maintenance of Workday business processes, security frameworks, and system enhancements while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Workday Business Process configuration and Security, along with strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
