HRIS Systems Administrator

This role is responsible for the overall strategy, administration, and optimization of the organization's Human Resources information systems, serving as the primary owner of HR technology for Talent Acquisition and other assigned systems. The position ensures systems effectively support HR operations, data integrity, and compliance while generating strategic reporting to support organizational decisions. The role partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that enhance the employee experience.
