HRP – Benefits Administrator

The HRP – Benefits Administrator manages and oversees the Credit Union’s team member benefits programs, including health and welfare benefits, compensation, retirement plans, and life insurance. This role serves as the main point of contact for benefits inquiries, partners with the HR Manager to lead benefit renewals, and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations. The position also involves maintaining accurate benefit records, supporting job evaluations, and collaborating with third-party vendors to ensure smooth plan operations.
