HSE Manager

This role partners with the regional HSE Team to deploy global and regional safety programs within the factory, proactively shaping safe behaviors and best working practices according to local needs. The position leads the local HSE function, driving a shift from reactive to proactive excellence in safety performance and culture while ensuring compliance with all statutory and corporate requirements. The HSE Manager serves as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and external auditors, managing risk assessments, environmental compliance, and crisis preparedness.
