HSE Manager

This role leads the implementation of plant-level HSE strategy and drives the Green Pathway initiative to enhance safety maturity at the Durgapur Plant. The position is responsible for managing safety performance, contractor safety programs, risk management, and incident investigations to ensure compliance with statutory and internal standards. The role also focuses on building safety capabilities through training and maintaining emergency preparedness across the facility.
