About this role

Leads Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across assigned sites, with primary on-site responsibility for the Moses Lake FAA Part 145 Repair Station and aircraft maintenance operations. Partners with leadership and operational teams to identify and control occupational and environmental risks, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as Safran Group standards. The role involves driving risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement while maintaining a visible operational presence to promote a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

Lead HSE programs and ensure regulatory compliance across assigned sites
Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations to drive continuous improvement
Manage Environmental Management System and coordinate with quality and safety leadership
