HSE Officer

This role ensures personnel safety through compliance with workplace safety legislation and advises the occupier on remedial measures to prevent incidents. The incumbent supports the Project Management team in implementing HSE programs, manages emergency response procedures, and conducts daily site inspections. Key duties include reviewing risk assessments, managing subcontractor safety coordination, and leading incident investigations to propose corrective actions.
