HSE Policy Implementation

This role focuses on implementing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures across all JIB locations in Ghana. The position involves conducting risk assessments, managing incident reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance to maintain a zero-harm culture. The incumbent will coordinate safety training, manage emergency preparedness, and oversee PPE and safety equipment management. The role requires close collaboration with management and staff to drive safety awareness and compliance across the organization.
