HSE Senior Advisor - Management Systems

This role is responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems across multiple manufacturing sites in Belper and Derby. The position involves developing HSE policies, preparing for audits, providing expert advice on health and environmental legislation, and acting as the primary contact for regulatory authorities. The incumbent will collaborate with Group HSE and Engineering teams on emergency preparedness, business continuity, and sustainability initiatives to ensure compliance and drive performance improvements.
