About this role
Plains All American is seeking a motivated Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist to support the safe and compliant operation of pipeline, terminal, and trucking assets from the Midland, Texas location. The role reports to the HSE Senior Manager and works closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture. The position is field‑focused (approximately 75% field, 25% office) and requires 24/7 on‑call emergency response availability and overnight travel.
