About this role

The HSE Supervisor for Drilling & Completions is responsible for implementing and executing health, safety, and environmental programs on drilling rigs and completion sites. Reporting to the Wells Health & Safety Manager, the role provides hands‑on HSE support, leads incident investigations, oversees contractor performance, and mentors field HSE representatives to maintain a proactive safety culture.
