HSE Supervisor

The HSE Supervisor is responsible for communicating, coaching, and training employees on safety issues while maintaining training records and supporting the HSE Manager in accident investigations. This role involves conducting safety inspections, internal audits, and risk assessments, as well as providing technical HSE support for projects and ensuring subcontractor compliance with company policies. The position requires leading daily safety meetings and maintaining monthly reports to management.
