The HSEQ Specialist will report to the Head of Health, Safety and Quality to develop, implement, and improve the company's Quality, Safety, and Environmental management systems. This role focuses on strengthening the Quality Management System for ISO 9001 certification while aligning Safety and Environmental systems with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 principles. The position ensures projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and to quality standards across domestic and commercial energy retrofit, solar PV, and related construction works.
Electric Ireland Superhomes is Ireland’s SEAI-registered One Stop Shop for deep home energy retrofits. They guide homeowners through the full retrofit journey — from home assessments and design to grant application support and project management — helping customers access SEAI grant funding. Backed by the Electric Ireland brand, they work with accredited contractors to deliver energy-efficiency measures (insulation, heat pumps, ventilation and controls) that lower energy use, bills and carbon emissions.
