HSET Advisor

The HSET Advisor ensures site compliance with Redpath, MSHA/OSHA, and ATF standards while providing leadership for day-to-day safety requirements in surface and underground mining operations. This role involves coaching the workforce, supporting incident investigations, and facilitating safety training to uphold the company's safety-first practices. The position requires maintaining a visible presence in the field and ensuring all legislative and client requirements are met.
