About this role
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is expanding its Home Study and Post-Release Services (HSPRS) program for unaccompanied children across the U.S. The program evaluates sponsor safety prior to child release and provides ongoing post-release support to promote child stability and link families to community resources. IRC is hiring multiple roles—including Casework Supervisors, Senior Caseworkers, and Crisis Case Managers—to staff the expanded locations.

Qualifications
- Master’s in Behavioral Sciences

- 1+ Year Supervisory Experience
- 2 Years Case Management Experience
- Clinical Experience
- Fluency in Spanish
