HSSE Advisor – Northeast

Shell is seeking an HSSE Advisor to serve as the primary health, safety, security, and environmental focal point for assigned Trading & Supply assets in the Northeast. The role supports operations and engineering teams in implementing operational HSSE targets, driving hazard identification, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. This position requires strong leadership skills to foster a culture of trust, learning, and psychological safety across Shell and contractor partners.
