HTST Operator

The HTST Operator is responsible for producing quality dairy products while maintaining strict sanitation standards and operating evaporator equipment. This role involves starting, running, and shutting down the evaporator along with performing necessary clean-in-place procedures and quality checks. The operator must adhere to all safety, GMP, and HACCP policies to ensure product specifications are met and production goals are achieved.
