HTST/Whey Processing Operator

Beecher's Handmade Cheese is seeking an HTST/Whey Processing Operator to join their new Shullsburg, Wisconsin facility, playing a key role in pasteurization, whey processing, and maintaining quality standards. The position involves operating and monitoring HTST pasteurization systems, managing whey processing equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Team members will begin onboarding and training in early December to support the launch of cheesemaking operations.
